摘要
基于可持续发展的内涵,提出了城市新区规划的优化方案和优化策略.结合许昌新区建设的背景,提出了新区建设总体构想和对策.
Based on the concept of sustainable development,the optimum proposal and strategy of the new urban district planning is proposed.Finally the conception and suggestion of a new urban district construction planning are put forward.
