摘要
勘测设计是对工程建设项目进行全面规划和具体描述实施意图的过程,是工程建设的灵魂。工程项目在建设期间和建成以后能否获得最好效益,能否顺利施工和投产运行,能否按预期取得经济效益和社会效益,设计工作起着关键作用。针对水利勘测设计质量面临的形势和现状,分析了在水利行业大力加强水利勘测设计质量管理的途径,并提出了建议。
Survey and design of construction projects is engineering construction process and the soul with comprehensive planning and specific implementation.Whether the best benefit can get during and after the construction period,wether it can construct and product successfully and can obtain economic benefits and social benefits,design work plays a vital role.Aiming at the situation and present situation of water design quality,design of quality management is analyzed for the water conservancy survey and suggestions are put forward.
