气液混输管道管式段塞流捕集器设计原理及实践 被引量:13

摘要 段塞流是气液混输管道中一种常见的流型流态,对下游设备的压力波动影响极大。从段塞流的动力特性出发,分析了段塞流的物理特性和国外管式段塞流捕集器的结构特点和分离原理,建立了一套管式段塞流捕集器主要参数的设计计算数学模型,对主要设计参数进行了敏感性分析,得出规律性认识并给出设计案例。对研究管式段塞流捕集器的设计方法和优化凝析气田地面工艺流程有积极意义。 The slug flow for gas-liquid multiphase pipeline is a common flow pattern in terms of flow pattern,its drawback is that for the downstream device has a tremendous pressure fluctuations.In this paper,dynamic characteristics of slug flow starting,first,the physical characteristics of slug flow analysis;Secondly,the foreign pipe slug catcher and the separation principle of structural characteristics was studied;a set of pairs of tubes type slug catcher design and calculation of main parameters of the mathematical model were re-established;Finally,the main design parameters to reach the design sensitivity analysis of the major design considerations and the design case were presented.This study of tubular slug catcher design methods and optimization of process gas condensate field on the ground has a positive significance.
