摘要 介绍了一种高g值冲击加速度传感器灵敏度校准的方法,即基于Hopkinson杆技术的激光多普勒干涉法,该方法能够复现冲击加速度量值,直接溯源于激光波长和时间/频率量,并使用Hopkinson杆对150000g量程的压阻式传感器进行了冲击校准,通过校准证明了该方法的可行性,而且复现方法可靠、稳定。 A laser interferometer based on a Hopkinson bar for high-g shock sensitivity calibration is described in this paper. This method can reiterate the shock sensitivity energy by tracing the laser wavelength and time/frequency directly. The shock calibration of a piezoresistive sensor with 150000 g of measuring range is completed by using Hopkinson bar method. The experimental results justifies the feasibility of this method and the retrieval method is reliable and stable.
