摘要
以1,4-二(4-氯代苯甲酰基)苯及4,4’-二氟二苯酮单体与4-(4-羟基苯基)-2,3-二氮杂萘-1-酮单体经亲核取代反应.成功地合成了一系列分子主链中含有C-N键的新型杂环聚芳醚酮三元共聚物PPEKEKK,用FT-IR、H-NMR、DSC、TGA、X-射线衍射等方法对共聚物的结构和性能进行了表征,结果表明,共聚物为具有高热稳定性及可溶性的无规聚合物。
A novel poly(aryl ether ketone) containing phthalazinone moiety (PPEKEKK)copolmper is synthesized by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl) (2H)phthalazire-1-one with bis-1, 4-(4-chlorobenzoyl) benzene and 4, 4'-difluorobenzophenone. Thecopolymer is studied by FT-IR, DSC, TGA, X-ray diffraction. It is proved that PPEKEKK is aamorphous plastics with high glass transition temperature and good thermal stability, and theglass transition temperature of PPEKEKK increases with the decreasing of mole ratios of BCBB toDFPK. PPEKEKK has good solubility, soluble in some aprotic dipolar solvents.
