摘要
介绍了水性聚氨酯羊毛防缩剂ＳＵＷ－２的防缩机理、整理工艺以及实际应用结果。讨论了前处理、树脂附着量、整理液ｐＨ值与固化条件对防缩效果的影响。ＳＵＷ－２采用一步法对羊毛织物进行防缩整理，省工省时，无环境污染，防缩效果达到国际羊毛局规定的“机可洗”标准。
The shrinking mechanism, finishing process and practical application results of waterbased polyurethane anti-shrinking agent SUW-2 were introduced. The influence of the pretreatment, amount of resin at_tached, pH of the bath and solidifying conditions on antishrinking result was discussed. Using one-step process to treat wool-fabrics with anti-shrinking agent SUW-2, the resultant shrinkproof effect conformed to the “ma_chine-washable” standard regulated by IWS with labour and time saved and environmental pollution avoided.
