摘要
本文通过对羽绒服面料的透湿性实验和透湿机理分析,结果表明:羽绒服面料的透湿性既 表现为其舒适性也表现为其功能性,与其织物结构参数的紧密指数Ψ_z值成负相关性,即随着织物紧密 程度的增加其透湿性下降。但不同的原料和不同的后加工处理,其透湿性能有明显的区别。在既能满足 功能性要求而又能满足舒适性要求的前提下,其织物的理想结构参数选择为Ψ_z=1.160,在1.150~1. 170范围内也较符合要求。
The moisture permeability experiments and the mechanism analysis of featherproof fabrics are carried out in this paper. Some results are obtained: the moisture permeability varies with the intensive index of fabrics. Ψ_z, negatively, when the materials, yarn finness and finishing process are same. For pure cotton fabrics the Ψ_z. ranges from 1.150-1.170,can meet the demands both functional properties and comfort.
