摘要 现代电脑横机在制造技术方面有了很大发展,体现在七个方面:选针机构采用无需驱动、无触点的选针器,选针技术由三位选针发展为五位选针;机头组件更加小巧灵活,传动更加科学,提高了速度和使用效率;开发了纱线张力稳定系统和线圈长度控制系统;采用新型弹簧舌针、复合针;针床横移运动由步进马达驱动并由微机控制,同时开始使用辅助针床;普遍采用沉降片装置,牵拉卷取实现了连续化;花型准备系统功能更加丰富。这些新技术的应用,使电脑横机很方便地实现了变换不同的组织结构,使用不同线圈长度,改变各线圈横列中进行编织的针数三种技术,从而,为电脑横机产品开辟了更广阔的天地。 The manufacture technique of modern computerized flat knitting machine has been developed recently in the following seven respects; Adopting non-driven, non-contact selector and substituting five way technique for three way technique; Increasing knitting speed and efficiency by means of a more compact , flexible knitting head assembly which is driven more scientifically; The development of yarn tension stabilizing system and loop length control system; Use of new spring latch needle and compound needle; Shogging motion driven by step motor and controlled by micro-processor as well as the use of auxiliary needle bed; The popular application of sinker unit and the realization of continuous taking down motion; More functional and manifold pattern preparation system. With these developments, three new techniques are realized easily including: varying fabric construction,adopting variable loop length and using different number of needles knitting in one course. As a result, a wider range of products can be produced on computerized knitting machine.
