摘要
近年来,普通高校本科生就业难已成为不争的事实。这一局面的形成有许多原因,其中就业能力不强是重要原因之一,高校人才培养定位及以此为基础的人才培养模式是决定因素之一。文章就此试做探讨,以期对普通高校本科生培养模式的创新与改革提供参考。
