摘要
目的在前期调研发现问题的基础上,探讨相关因素,为进一步完善社区护理服务提供决策建议。方法对重庆市7家社区卫生服务中心7名主管社区护理工作的负责人进行半结构访谈,将获得的资料分析、整理、提炼出主题。结果影响重庆市社区护理服务发展的因素主要有:社区护理服务经费不足;社区街道、居委会及居民配合程度较低;社区护理管理体制不健全;社区护理相关法律法规不完善。结论重庆市社区护理工作在探索中不断发展并取得了一定成绩,但仍存在差距。政府应调整相关政策,吸引优秀护理人才到社区工作;政府应进一步加强社区护理服务的宣传;应逐渐健全社区护理管理体制;应建立、健全社区护理服务相关法律体系。
Objective To understand factors and problems of community health nursing based on the investigation which had been carried out,and to provide suggestions for improving community health nursing.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted on 7 directors in charge of community health nursing and health service.Results Factors that affected the development of community health nursing may include the following： lack of funds,poor cooperation of involved parties and residents,imperfectness of management system and poor laws and rules on community health nursing.Conclusion Community health nursing had been developing and obtained some achievements.However,there was still a long way to go.Policies to attract more excellent nurses working in community should be worked out.Community management system should be improved and related laws and rules should be established so as to improve community health nursing.
