摘要
报告1例多中心网状组织细胞增生症。患者女,42岁,双手指、右脚拇趾丘疹、结节伴双手指末节指间关节肿胀、疼痛2年。皮损组织病理示真皮内见多灶性或团块状组织细胞浸润。免疫组化染色,Mac387(+),CD68(+),S-100(-),EMA(-)。诊断:多中心网状组织细胞增多症。予静滴环磷酰胺、口服泼尼松,3周后病情好转。
