涤纶挑皮绒织物耐久性拒水拒油整理及机理探讨 被引量:1

A STUDY ON DURABLE WATER & OIL REPELLENT FINISHING TECHNIC AND MECHANISM OF POLYESTER REACH FABRIC

摘要 采用有机氟树脂整理涤纶挑皮绒织物,研究非醛和甲醛类交联剂对拒水拒油耐洗性的影响;并探索了有机氟树脂整理对织物的抗静电性、透气性、白度、色泽和柔软度等影响。采用临界溶解时间(CDT)和差热分析(DSC)方法,探明了交联剂存在能提高有机氟树脂耐洗性能的原因。 A study on un formaldlehyde and formaldehyde crosslinking agent effects durability of water & Oil repellent by fluorocarbon resin finishing polyester peach fabric, discusse that fluorocarbon resin finishing effects antistatic property、ari permeability、whitness、celour and softness etc. of trerated fabrics. Shown reason that the presence of crosslinking agents in the fluorocarbon resin improved durablity of water and oil repellence using CDT and DSC tests.
