摘要
目的研究p16蛋白在宫颈病变中的表达及其临床意义。方法用免疫组化技术检测p16基因蛋白在139例不同级别宫颈病变中的表达情况。结果 p16的表达:WNL<CIN1<CIN2<CIN3<CC。病理变化和p16蛋白表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论 p16基因蛋白检测在宫颈病变筛查和确诊中具有重要意义。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of p16 protein in different grades of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm and cervical cancers.Methods The expression of p16 protein was detected in 139 patinents with different grades of cervical lesions.Results The intensity of p16 protein immunological staining was in an order of WNLCIN1CIN2CIN3CC.The expression of p16 protein was positively correlated to the different pathological grades of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm（P0.01）.Conclusion Detection of the p16 protein expression is of significance in screenung and diagnosing.
