摘要
商品住宅市场的过快发展凸显出我国保障性住房建设与管理的落后,产生原因是多方面的,本文从我国保障性住房管理机制不完善的角度进行了分析。文章从建立一个强有力的保障性住房机构、加大财政性资金的投入、改变现有保障性住房的管理办法、完善现有保障性的住房法律体系4个方面对我国保障性住房的行政管理机制作了一定的研究。
The excessive development of commercial residential real estate illustrates the draggling of the construction and management of affordable and indemnificatory housing in China,and there are many causes.This paper makes an analysis from the perspective of the incomplete management mechanism and provides four suggestions,including establishing an powerful institute for indemnificatory housing,enforcing national financial investment,changing the current management methods of the indemnificatory housing,and improving the related legal system.
