用浓度分别为0.05、0.25、1.0、5.0、10.0、20.0mmol/L的SA溶液分别浸渍小麦幼苗地上部分(浸苗45min)和根部(浸根8h),自然光下8h后取第二展开叶测定。研究了外源水杨酸(SA)对叶片活性氧代谢的调节,探讨了SA抑制乙烯生物合成与活性氧之间可能的相互关系。结果表明,随着SA浓度增加,H2O2含量、超氧物歧化酶(SOD)、酚特异性过氧化物酶(PPOD)活性呈先增加后降低的趋势,O2-产生速率则先降低后增加,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性逐渐降低,乙烯产生速率略有升高后迅速降低。小麦幼苗叶片活性氧代谢对SA浓度小于1.0mmol/L的处理敏感。乙烯产生速率对外源SA敏感,体内O2-含量的增加不能引起乙烯产率上升。
The regulating effects of salicylic acid(SA)on the metabolism of active oxygen species(AOS) and the relationship between SA inhibiting ethylene biosynthesis and AOS metabolism in wheat leaves were studied.Wheat seedlings were treated by SA solution of different concentrations as follows:in one group the above ground parts of seedling were soaked separately in sets of SA solution for 45min ,in another group the root parts were soaked in SA solution.The second leaves of the two groups were measured after 8h under sunlight. The results showed that H 2O 2 contents,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and phenol specific peroxidase (PPOD)activities increased first and then decreased.Catalase(CAT) activities decreased apparently. Measurement of ethylene production rate showed that there was a significant decrease after slight increase.The results indicated that SA might be involved in the regulation of AOS metabolism,rate of ethylene production was sensitive to exogenous SA treatments,and increasing of O 2 - production rate in leaves could not raise the rate of ethylene production.
