三角环嵌套型双极印刷多频天线的仿真与实验

Simulation and Experimental Research on the Multi-band Triangle-ring-nested Dipole Printed Antenna

摘要 提出了一种多个三角环嵌套结构的多频天线模型及其应用实例。天线为双极印刷电路结构,每极由四个三角环单元嵌套而成。采用平衡微带线馈电,整个天线印制在介质材料的两侧。采用电磁仿真软件CST Microwave Studio(软件进行仿真分析,得到了三角环的结构参数与输入反射损耗之间的规律。设计了一个可以工作于四个频段(2.4/3.5/5.2/5.8GHz)的多频天线,制作了天线的实物并在微波暗室内进行测试。仿真与实验结果表明,该型天线能工作于4个频段,在每个频段内都具有H面全向特性,且天线尺寸仅为30mm×30mm,仅相当于工作于相同最低频段的对称振子长度的51%,具有小型化的效果,可以广泛应用于WLAN和WiMAX领域。 A multi-band antenna constructed with multiple triangle-rings nested structure is proposed and its application examples are also presented.The antenna is adopted with dipole printed circuits structure and each pole is nested with four triangle-rings units.The proposed model antenna is printed on both sides of dielectric material and fed by balance micro-strip line,and its characteristics are simulated by CST Microwave Studio,a 3-dimentional full wave electromagnetic simulation software.The relationship between the structural parameters of triangle-rings and the input return loss can be obtained from the simulated results.In addition,a multi-band antenna operating in four frequency bands(2.4/3.5/5.2/5.8 GHz) is designed.The prototype of this antenna has been manufactured and measured in anechoic chamber,and the measured results show that the antenna can work in the four frequency bands,which well matches the simulated prediction.Moreover,each operating frequency band has an excellent omnidirectional characteristic in H plane.The antenna size is only 30 mm×30 mm,which is equivalent to 51% of dipole length operating in the lowest frequency range.This compact antenna can be widely applied in WLAN and WiMAX fields.
