摘要
在联立活塞的运动方程、液缸内流体的控制方程及阀盘的运动方程三者的基础上,建立起了钻井泵液缸内压力波动规律的一阶数学控制模型,该数学模型可以用来模拟压力随时间的变化规律、阀盘升距的变化规律以及阀盘对阀座的冲击力计算。在此基础上,进一步全面分析了压力波动对液缸体系的影响。
Based on three functions:piston motion function、control function of fluid in cylinder and motion function of valve plate,the first-order mathematic control model of pressure fluctuation in drilling pump’s cylinder was erected and simulated for the variation of pressure with times,the variation of valve plate’s L distance,as well as,the force between valve plate and seat can be calculated.On this basis,its impact on the cylinder system by pressure fluctuation is analyzed deeply.
