摘要
采用便携式瞬时腐蚀速度测量仪,用Q235钢对厂家渣油分别在静止和流动条件下,测定年腐蚀速率;改变渣油中环烷酸含量后,分别测定渣油在静止和流动时的年腐蚀速率并进行比较。结果表明,静止时腐蚀速率较低,流速越大腐蚀速度越大;环烷酸含量越大腐蚀速度越大。
When residual oil is in stationary and ruining,the corrosion speeds to Q235 steel by a-handy instant corrosion speeds measuring is rated.After the content of naphthenic acid in residual oil,comparing the corrosion speed when residual oil is in stationary and running is altered.Consequence shows that the corrosion speeds in ruining is greater than in stationary,when running speeds is greater,the corrosion speeds is faster,the corrosion speeds is faster with the rising of the content of naphthenic acid.
