摘要
目的:总结臀部、双大腿巨大压迫性溃疡合并感染一例治疗与护理体会。方法:在治疗过程中,根据病情及时采用抗生素控制全身感染,彻底清创,全程应用原位再生医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO),同时加强基础护理、饮食护理和心理护理。结果:历经246天综合治疗与护理,所有创面未行手术植皮,均完全再生愈合。结论:有效控制感染,彻底清创配合MEBO灌注换药方法治疗,以及应用整体护理程序制定的科学有效的护理措施,是本例患者取得痊愈的关键。
Objective： To summarize nursing experience of a case of tremendous pressure ulcers combining with in- fection in the hip and two thighs. Method： During the whole course of treatment, antibiotic medicines were used timely to control the system infection effectively, according to the patient＇s conditions; fully debridement was conducted, and MEBT/ MEBO was applied. At the same time, basic care, diet care and psychological care were also strengthened. Results： After 246 days of treatment and nursing, all wounds regeneratively healing without skin grafting. Conclusion： The key points of treating the patient include effectively controlling infection, full debrldement, MEBO perfusion dressing and scientific and effective nursing measures.
