摘要
在知识爆炸的当代社会,作为大学图书馆这一发展的有机体中的重要组成部分,大学图书馆员已经成为了象征一个图书馆实力和发展潜力的一项重要指标,而每个大学图书馆员对于继续教育的认知程度也影响到了一个大学图书馆的发展,本文从大学图书馆员继续教育的必要性和可行性方面论述大学图书馆员应具备的素质和一些可行的方法及标准。
