摘要
文中基于复杂条件下的载荷,探讨适用于柴油机曲轴的可靠性研究方法。从可靠度的3个核心问题——基本变量、功能函数和可靠度算法入手,以应力荷载及其作用循环数作为基本随机变量,依据基于韧性的疲劳累积损伤研究结果确定功能函数,通过循环调用所述计算可靠度指标等的方法,可以确定指定寿命任意置信水平下的可靠度。同时利用结构可靠度方法得到的变量分布信息,结合实验数据考察了特定应力水平下疲劳寿命与可靠度之间的关系,计算结果显示可靠性随着寿命要求的提高而降低。
Based on the load under complex conditions,the reliability method and implementation approaches for diesel engine crankshaft was discussed in this paper.Starting from three core issues of the reliability such as basic variables,performance function and reliability algorithm,and using the stress load and its application cycle number as basic random variables,the performance function was determined by referring to the Research result of fatigue cumulative damage of the toughness.By using the method as calling the mentioned calculation reliability index and etc.,the reliability under any random confidence level of the specified life can be determined.The relationship between fatigue life and reliability under specific stress level was also investigated by using the variable distribution information obtained structural reliability method and combining with the test data,the calculation result has indicated that the reliability decreases as increasing the life duration requirement.
