摘要
针对长渠道串接的梯级变频转速泵站,在采用明渠恒定流计算来确定站间水力约束的基础上,以满足供水任务下整个梯级系统的总能耗最小为准则,建立了确定各级站的最优扬程分配的动态规划模型.在动态规划的各状态点,采用非线性规划模型以求在给定泵站净扬程和流量条件下的站内各机组最优转速.针对数学模型,开发了数值求解程序.对实际工程变频调速梯级供水泵的计算表明,所建立的模型科学合理,计算方法快速有效,实现了站间变频转速最优匹配.
To minimize total energy consumption of variable frequency speed controlling pumps in cascade water supply pumping stations connected by long channels, a dynamic programming model based on steady open channel flow computation is established to determine the optimal allocation of head of stations. In each status point of dynamic programming model, the nonlinear programming model is established to de- termine the optimal rotational speed of each pump. The numerical solution procedures for the mathematical model is developed and applied to a practical project. The calculated results show that the mathematical model is scientific and the numerical solution is efficient to achieve energy conservation in operation of the project.
