摘要
目的评估输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石取石术治疗肝内外胆管结石的优势。方法应用经输尿管硬镜气压弹道碎石取石术治疗肝内外胆管结石47例。结果 43例经输尿管镜下碎石取石成功,术中结石取净率91.49%,4例术后发现有结石残留。结论输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石取石术是治疗肝内外胆管结石一种确实有效的方法。
【Objective】To evaluate the advantage of transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treament of calculus of intrahepatic.【Methods】47 cases of calculus of intrahepatic treated by transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy.【Results】Under transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy,the succesfull rate of calculus of intrahepatic was 91.49%.【Conclusions】Tratment with calculus of intrahepatic by transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy is an efficacy new methods.
