详细介绍了新型果蔬保鲜剂-1-甲基环丙烯(1-methylcyclopropene,1-MCP)的特点和作用机理。阐述了1-MCP对不同品种苹果采后生理的影响,同时对1-MCP应用中存在的一些问题及影响因素进行了探讨。
The characteristics and mechanism of the new fruit and vegetable preservative-1-MCP on physiology of apples after harvest were summarized in details.The problems and effect factors in application of 1-MCP were also discussed in this paper.
