大鼠脑打击伤后脑组织IL-1β的表达及药物的神经保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察大鼠脑打击伤后脑白介素1β(IL-1β)的变化规律,探讨地塞米松、尼莫同及血府逐瘀注射液对大鼠脑损伤后脑组织IL-1β的影响。方法采用SD大鼠打击伤模型,使用地塞米松、尼莫同及血府逐瘀注射液干预,应用免疫组织化学方法检测打击伤后4个时间点IL-1β蛋白的表达情况。结果打击伤后大鼠脑组织中IL-1β的表达水平明显升高(P<0.01);尼莫同与血府逐瘀注射液干预后IL-1β明显下降(P<0.01);而血府逐瘀组的IL-1β表达量下降,与尼莫同组相比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论尼莫同与血府逐瘀注射液均可以降低创伤性脑损伤后的IL-1β表达,减轻继发性炎症反应。 ObjectiveTo observe the rule of IL-1β in rats after traumatic brain injury and to investigate the change of IL-1βafter administration of dexamethasone,nimotop and Xuefuzhuyu injection.MethodsIL-1β expression of SD rat brain injury model was detected at 4 time points by immunohistochemistry method after administration of dexamethasone,nimotop and Xuefuzhuyu injection.ResultsExpression level of IL-1βin rats after trauma significantly elevated(P 0.05).The expression of IL-1βdecreased obviously(P 0.05) after administration of nimotop and Xuefuzhuyu injection.However,the expression of IL-1βwas obviously lower in Xuefuzhuyu group than in nimotop group(P 0.05).ConclusionsNimotop and Xuefuzhuyu injection both can lower expression level of IL1βand alleviate secondary inflammatory reaction.
