摘要
加强高职院校职业道德教育既是高等教育根本任务所在,也是适应社会发展需要的必然要求,更是高职学生成功就业的客观需要。针对当代大学生的思想道德状况,高职院校应把职业道德教育的重点放在培养学生的诚信意识、敬业意识和合作意识等方面,通过利用课堂教学正面灌输职业道德基本知识,发挥教师表率作用,加强职业道德教育与社会实践活动相结合等途径,有效增强对高职院校大学生的职业道德教育。
The lack of vocational ethics is an internal reasons result in employment difficulty of university graduates.Higher vocational schools should be fully aware of the importance of vocational ethics education,actually take vocational ethics as an important element of current moral education,actively explore the carriers and ways of carrying out the vocational ethics education,and strengthen the vocational ethics education for higher vocational schools students to adapt to the increasing requirements for practitioners of society.
