摘要
利用改良SDS法、改良CTAB法、SDS法和QIAGENR Neasy Plant Mini试剂盒提取法分别提取香蕉幼根和老根的总RNA,并对提取的总RNA的完整性、纯度等进行比较。结果表明:改良的SDS法提取的总RNA在清晰度、纯度、完整性和回收率上均高于其他3种方法所提取的。
The method of improved CTAB,SDS and QIAGEN RNeasy Plant Mini kit were used to isolate total RNA from juvenile and senescence banana roots respectively,and the quality,quantity and purity of total RNA were compared. The results showed that the quality,quantity and purity of total RNA isolated by improved SDS were superior to that by other methods.
