摘要
目的观察十五味尔赛斗丸治疗胆结石的疗效。方法对202例胆结石患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组52例,口服胆石清每次4片(4×0.3g),每日3次;治疗组150例,口服十五味赛尔斗丸每次2丸(2×1g),每日3次。结果十五味赛尔斗丸对胆囊结石、胆总管结石、肝内胆管结石的总有效率分别为70.6%,80.8%,67.5%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论十五味赛尔斗丸治疗胆结石、胆囊炎的疗效显著,安全方便。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ShiWuWei Sai＇ ErDou Wan for the treatment of gallstone. Methods Two hundreds and two patients with gallstones were randomly divided into the trial group and the control group. Danshiqing （3.6 g·d-1） were used in the control group with 52 patients. ShiWuWei Sai＇ ErDou Wan （6 g·d-1 ）were used in the trial group with 105 patients. Results The total effective rate of Shi- WuWei Sai＇ ErDou Wan on the calculus of gallbladder, calculus of chole- dochus,calculus of bile duct in liver were 70. 6% ,80. 8%, 67.5% ,respectively. The effective rate of the trial group was much higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion It was shown that the ShiWuWei Sai＇ ErDou Wan was efficacy and safety in the treatment of calculus of gallbladder and cholecystitis.
