摘要
采用正交试验进行配比工艺的筛选,以内聚力和剥离强度为指标评价基质优劣,将药物浸膏加入到最优比例基质中,制备了鼻炎巴布剂.实验结果表明,巴布剂基质最优处方为明胶、聚丙烯酸钠、高岭土、羧甲基纤维素钠,其比例为1∶2∶5∶0.5(质量比).所制得的巴布剂黏性、剥离强度及保湿性等性能良好可用.
In this paper,Orthogonal design tests were used to select the optimum formulation through adhensive strength and cohesive strength as the evaluation index.Extracts of Chinese traditional medicine（CTM） were added,and then rhinitis cataplasm was prepared.Results： The optimum formulation of glutin,sodium polyacrylate,kaolin and carboxymethylcellulose Sodium is 1：2：5：0.5.Conclusion： Rhinitis cataplasm with moderate viscosity,good adhensive strength and moist proof quality was prepared the first time.
