摘要
"90后"大学生有着时代背景下特有的心理特点和行为特征,当前"90后"大学生入党意愿强烈,对党员的先进性定位明确,但学校党建工作存在着党员系统化教育不够;学生党支部活动形式陈旧,创新性不够;学生党支部作用体现不明显,党组织感召力下降等问题。树立"以人为本"的教育理念;转变工作方式,利用好网络和职业规划教育平台;加强党支部建设和党员先进性教育,坚持他教与自教相结合,促进学生自我教育、自我管理等是有效开展"90后"大学生党建工作的措施。
Post-90s college students,because of their time background,are unique in psychological and behavioral characteristics.Today＇s post-90s college students are eager to join Communist Party of China and conscious of the pioneering features of the Party members;however,the party organizational construction of universities and colleges are flawed by insufficient systematic education of party members,old-fashioned activities of students＇ party branches,ineffective function of students＇ party branched,descending appeal of party organization. To solve the problems,countermeasures are raised such as strengthening the construction of party branches and pioneering education of party members,adhering to the combination of education and self-education,promoting students＇ selfeducation and self-administration.
