摘要
始于1929年4月止于1937年底的抗战前青岛中小学教育,是旧中国、旧青岛教育的缩影,在青岛教育发展史乃至中国抗战前城市教育史上具有一定的地位。这一时期,青岛市政当局在兴办中小学校、劝导村民子弟入学、开展体育和社会教育、增进教师教学能力和规范办学行为方面,均有值得肯认的业绩。
The primary and secondary education in Qingdao which started from April, 1929 and ended in the end of 1937 was an educational epitome of old China and old Qingdao. It was a milestone in the education development history of Qingdao and even in the city education history before Anti- Japanese war. During this period, the authority of Qingdao made outstanding achievements in the aspects of establishing primary and secondary schools, persuading villagers＇ children to schools, starting PE education, promoting teachers＇ teaching ability and regulating managing behaviors of schools.
