摘要
当前,充分发挥青岛市的龙头作用,促进胶东半岛青岛、烟台、威海、潍坊、日照五城市率先实现一体化发展的时机和条件已经成熟。针对存在的问题,应通过加快青岛特大城市建设速度,推进五城市空间布局融合,创新合作机制,完善协调推进机制等措施,推进半岛五城市一体化快速发展。
At present, there have been the opportunities and conditions for Qingdao to play the leading role and promote the integrative development of five cities including Qingdao, Yantai, Weihai, Weifang and Rizhao in the peninsula. For the existing problems, the construction of the megalopolis should be accelerated to promote the integration of five cities spatial layout. The cooperation mechanism should be innovated and the measures of harmonious promotion should be perfected to promote the rapid integrative development of five cities in the peninsula.
