摘要
通过对背越式跳高教学中摆动腿技术进行分析,以正确完善的技术为参照,针对学生出现的错误,采用不同的教学方法和练习方法进行强化,有利于学生对背越式跳高摆动腿技术的学习与掌握,提高教学质量。
The paper mainly deals with the skill of swing leg in fosbury-flop high jump from the beginning to the completion of the action and the teaching methodology.First,the writer analyzes the skill of swing leg with the reference of standard skill.After that,the writer rectifies the mistakes made by students and chooses various teaching and training method to strengthen the right skill.The paper is written in the aim of improving the teaching quality and students＇ understanding towards swing leg in fosbury-flop high jump.
