原发鼻腔的结外Rosai-Dorfman病1例

摘要 患者,男,69岁,因右鼻腔反复出血4个月入院。体检：全身浅表淋巴结未见肿大,鼻中隔左偏,右鼻腔中鼻道可见一新生物,表面有结痂,伴脓性分泌物。鼻窦CT：右侧筛窦内可见软组织肿块影,密度均匀，大小约为3．1cm×2．0cm×1．5cm，鼻中隔受压左移与中鼻甲关系密切，邻近眼眶内侧壁骨质连续，右额窦，上颌窦内可见软组织密度影。
