氯吡格雷多次过敏1例 被引量：4

摘要 患者，男，58岁。2000—02-20洗澡时突发胸痛，持续5h逐渐缓解，当地医院诊断为急性高侧壁心肌梗死，未行急诊血运重建。5d后冠状动脉造影提示前降支狭窄90％，未置入支架，之后坚持药物治疗。2002年11月末患者因劳力型心绞痛于当地医院冠状动脉造影提示前降支狭窄95％，置入一枚药物支架（具体型号不详），之后坚持服用阿司匹林（100mg／d）和氯吡格雷（氯吡格雷75mg／d）1年，未出现不适反应。
