摘要
目的探讨成批鞭炮爆炸烧伤病人的救治方法和措施。方法病人入院后,合理的组织领导、急救、抗休克、抗感染,早期胃肠道营养,早期的手术及适时的组织转运。结果 12批118例病人,治愈111例,治愈率94.1%。结论只要组织措施和治疗方法合理得当,会提高成批烧伤病人的救治成功率,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To investigate the measures of the mass burn patients＇ treatment by explosion of firecrackers.Methods The 118 cases of burn patients,through the reasonable organization and leadership,first aid,anti-shock,anti-infection,early enteral nutrition,early surgical and timely transfer,were treatment in hospital.Results In 12 batches of 118 cases of patients,111 cases were cured,the cure rate of 94.1%.Conclusion As long as the organizational measures and proper treatment and reasonable,it will increase the mass burn patient＇s treatment success rate and reduce complications.
