摘要
研制了一种可以在扫描电镜的真空室内进行摩擦试验的实验装置,该装置能够自动采集和处理试验过程中的数据,并对真空中的摩擦过程进行动态微观监视。
Facility for vacuum friction test using a SEM vacuum room was developed. The system can collect and process data automatically and can in-situ monitor friction procedure.
