THE TEM DETECTION OF TRACE e-CARBIDE IN ISOTHERMAL LOWER BAINITE IN 38Si2Mn2Mo STEEL

摘要 以38Si2Mn2Mo钢为例,阐述了利用透射电子显微镜准确而有效地检测中低碳钢贝氏体中析出的微量ε碳化物的方法,并测定了ε碳化物与贝氏体铁素体间的位向关系。 This paper presented an effective and accurate TEM method for detection of trace e-carbide precipitated in isothermal lower bainite. As an example the orientation relationship between bainitic ferrite and e-carbide in 38Si2Mn2Mo was determined.
