本文针对实验教学的优势和特点,论述了实验室在应用型人才培养中的地位与作用。提出了如何使高校的实验教学功能扩大,全方位、多样化为高校教学、科研服务。探讨了完善实验室管理体制、转变实验教学观念、优化实验教学环节、加强师资队伍建设、建立开放式实验教学的新举措。
