32例四肢血管损伤的临床治疗体会

摘要 目的探讨四肢血管损伤的诊断及治疗方法。方法选择2007年1月至2009年6月32例四肢血管损伤患者,对23例开放伤中的22例行保肢手术,1例行一期截肢手术;对9例闭合伤中的7例确诊后行紧急手术,2例经观察和辅助检查确诊后行急诊手术。结果肢体成活30例(93.74%),一期截肢1例(3.13%),l例(3.13%)死亡。30例患者成功随访,优21例(70%),可8例(26.67%),差1例(3.33%)。结论及早明确诊断与救治,可以提高四肢血管损伤的治疗效果,并减少截肢率。
