摘要
制备了一系列不同配比、添加不同润滑剂的竹粉/ABS复合材料,通过研究其力学性能,比较了石蜡和硬脂酸以及不同的竹粉含量等给拉伸强度、冲击强度和弯曲强度带来的影响,所有添加竹粉的复合材料的各项力学指标均比未添加竹粉的ABS树脂低,其随竹粉含量增加所呈现的变化规律因不同的润滑体系而不同,在等比例添加石蜡和硬脂酸的复合体系中,冲击强度与弯曲强度均随竹粉含量的增加而上升;用毛细管流变仪检测了各样品在185℃、200℃、215℃和230℃下的流变性能,结果表明,体系的剪切应力和表观粘度随温度的增加而降低,随竹粉含量的增加而渐大,仅添加硬脂酸的样品流动性能相对较好。
The bamboo/ABS composites with different blending ratio and lubricants were made. Compared the mechanical properties of all samples, we fiound the composites were lower than ABS, and each had different changes for the different bamboo contents and lubricants, in the samples which were added by paraffin wax and stearic acid both, the impact strength and flexural strength enhanced for bamboo content increasing. The rheological properties were tested by capillary rheometer at 185℃, 200℃, 215℃ and 230℃ respectively, the results showed that the shear stress and apparent viscosity were reduced for higher temperature, but enhanced for more bamboo powder, the samples which were added by stearic acid only were better.
