摘要 根据定容燃烧弹的尺寸和材料性质,对计算模型、初始条件和边界条件进行了假设或赋值,通过分析定容燃烧弹加热过程中的热传递方式,利用有限元处理方法,建立了定容燃烧弹瞬态传热的二维有限元模型。以均质混合气作为研究介质,获得了在现有加热模式下定容燃烧弹的温度场分布规律。研究结果表明,在轴向和径向,均质混合气不同点的温度不相同,测试点的温度与平均温度差异不大。计算结果较真实的反应了定容燃烧弹的加热过程,这对研究定容燃烧弹的燃烧过程具有重要的意义。 Based on the constant volume combustion bomb dimensions,material properties and the analysis of heat tranfer during the heating process,calculation models,hypotheses and evaluations about initial and boundary conditions are given.With the help of the finite element method(FEM),a 2-D finite element model of the temperature field for transient state is set up.The temperature field of the gas-air is calculated,and the temperature field distributions of the constant volume combustion bomb in transient state under the present heating mode are gained.These results show that at different points the temperature of premixed homogenous charge is not the same in the axial and radial and the temperature difference is not significant between the test point and the average.These calculating results reflect the heating process of the constant volume combustion bomb correctly and can be used as the rules of studying combustion process.
