摘要
研究了万向铰结构偏斜和实际误差偏斜两种情形共存时万向铰驱动转子系统的传递力矩特性,得到了通过万向铰作用在从动轴上的力矩及其各分量之间的具体表达式,并针对三种不同偏斜情形对万向铰传递力矩的弯矩分量和扭矩分量进行了仿真分析。结果表明:当万向铰结构偏斜微小时,实际误差偏斜对万向铰传递力矩的影响不可忽略。所得结果与以往研究相比,更符合工程实际,也为研究偏斜转子的弯曲振动、扭转振动以及弯扭耦合振动问题奠定了一定的基础。
The characteristics of the transmitted moment of the rotor system driven by universal joint was studied in view of both universal joint's structural misalignment and actual error misalignment. The concrete expressions concerning the moment were deduced,which was exerted by the cross piece on the driven shaft.Then for three different misalignments,the lateral and torsional components of the transmitted moment were simulated.The simulation indicates that the influence of actual error misalignment on the moment can not be overlooked when the universal joint's structural misalignment is little enough.The result is more coincident with the actual engineering in contrast to previous researches,and also useful for the vibration problems of misaligned rotor.
