摘要
用高能球磨机将纯铁粉和石墨粉球磨,制备出Fe(943mg.g-1)-C(57mp.g-1)纳米合金粉末,平均晶粒尺寸小于15um.将Fe-C纳米粉冷等静压和热等静压,制备出直径8mm×35mm的纳米棒材,硬度达HRC63。
Fe(943mg.g-1)-C(57mg.g-1) nanometer alloy powders were prepared by mechanicalalloying in a vertical-vibration high energy ball mill. X ray analysis indicated that the mean grain size isless than 15urn. The solid material rod & mm in dirmeter and 35mm in length was fabricated throughCIP(Cold Isostatic Press) and HIP (Hot lsostatic Press) processes with these powders. The hardnessof rod material is as high as that of high speed steel.
