摘要
分析了3种主要类型智能语音芯片的特点和应用原理,(1)一次性可编程芯片(OTP);(2)可以反复录放语音芯片ISD系列;(3)高性价比芯片PM50和PM60系列,3种芯片在智能玩具开发中应用范围和实际电路介绍。
This paper analyzes the three main types of intelligent voice chip features and application principles,（1）one-time-programmable-chip（OTP）;（2）ISD series voice chip can be recorded and playbacked repeatedly;（3）cost-effective chip PM50 and PM60 series,three kinds of chips in the smart toy development in the application and the actual circuit description.
