摘要
介绍一种孔洞尺寸为纳米级、介电常数低于2.4的芳香性聚酰亚胺泡沫新材料及其制备方法、影响结构与性能的因素。
New polyimide foam materials in which the pore size is in tens of nanometer rangeand the dielectric constant is lower than 2.4 are presented. The preparation, factors which influencethe structure-property relationship, the foreseeable advantages and the shortcomings of applications ofthis aromatic polyimide nanofoams are reviewed.
