摘要
目的探讨如何做好肝癌患者的临终心理护理工作。方法对2005年8月至2008年10月共收治的30例肝癌患者进行身心方面的照顾、关怀和支持,以缓解其心理上对死亡的恐惧和不安。结果患者大多能正确地对待死亡,最后阶段能平静地到达生命的终点。结论熟知患者的心理需求是临终护理的基础,减轻躯体和心理的痛苦是临终关怀的关键,家属的护理工作是临终护理的重要一环。
Objective To study how to do terminate mental nursing in the advanced liver cancer patients.Methods Tender care,concerns and supports was used to 30 advanced liver cancer patients during October 2004 to December 2008,in order to mollify their fear and discomfort of death.Results The patients could face death almost positively,and finally spend their last moment in peace and with satisfaction.Conclusion To understand the mental needs of patients is the foundation of nursing work in last stage care.Relief of physical and mental pains is the key point for hospice care.The nursing work from patients＇ family members is of critical importance for mental care in termination.
