摘要
目的探讨肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折的早期手术治疗和术后功能恢复的关系。方法分析自2006年7月～2009年10月采用肩胛骨和锁骨切开复位内固定术早期治疗的11例肩胛骨骨折合并锁骨骨折患者的临床资料。结果 11例病例随访8～15月,所有病例均已骨性愈合,关节功能恢复良好。结论早期手术治疗肩胛骨骨肩折合并锁骨骨折,可以尽早稳定肩关节并进行及时的功能训练,防治并发症。
Objective To explore the relationship of early surgical treatment for scapular fracture with clavicular fracture and the postoperative functional recovery. Methods The clinical data of 11 patients with scapular fracture with clavicular fracture subject to early surgical treatments （including open reduction and internal fixation of scapula and clavicle） from July 2006 to October 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Eleven cases were followed up for 8-15 months. All cases obtained bone healing and joint function recovered well. Conclusion Early surgical treatment of scapular fracture with clavicle fracture can stabilize the shoulder joint as soon as possible and is beneficial to the timely functional training.
