摘要
实现创新型国家建设目标,首先抓好创新型城市建设.在有条件的城市中整合高校优质学科资源,建立以高校为主体的知识创新平台体系,解决原始创新和重大科技攻关,促进创新型城市的发展.以青岛市为例,分析论证了青岛市学科平台建设的重点领域及平台的运转模式.
The key to building an innovative nation lies in the construction of innovative cities.The construction of the system of knowledge innovation based upon the universities can bring about a great advance in the development of innovative cities.In conditional cities,by means of the outstanding discipline resources of the universities,the system of discipline platform of knowledge innovation with the universities as the mainstay should be built so as to solve the original innovation,tackle the scientific and technological projects,and promote the development of innovative cities.Taking Qingdao as an example,this paper discusses the key fields and running models of discipline platform in Qingdao.
