羧甲基绞股蓝多糖的制备及其抗氧化活性研究 被引量:3

Study on Preparation of Carboxymethylated Polysaccharide from Gynostemma Pentaphyllum and Its Antioxidant Activity

摘要 对绞股蓝多糖(GPMP)进行羧甲基化修饰制备了羧甲基绞股蓝多糖(CM-GPMP),采用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,并对其修饰前后体外抗氧化活性进行了初步研究。结果表明,CM-GPMP和GPMP对DPPH自由基、羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基均有一定的清除作用,浓度为2.0 mg.mL-1时,CM-GPMP对上述三种自由基的清除率分别为25.71%、67.30%、29.95%,而GPMP对三种自由基的清除率分别为23.27%、84.93%、15.24%。由此可见,羧甲基化后,绞股蓝多糖清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力有所提高,清除羟基自由基的能力有所降低,而清除DPPH自由基的能力变化不大。 The carboxymethylated polysaccharide from Gynostemma pentaphyllum(CM-GPMP) was prepared by the carboxymethylation reaction,and its structure was characterized by IR spectrum.The antioxidant activities in vitro of GPMP and CM-GPMP were studied.Results showed that both GPMP and CM-GPMP had certain scavenging effect on DPPH free radicals,hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide anion free radicals.When the concentration of polysaccharide was 2.0 mg·mL-1,the scavenging rate of CM-GPMP on DPPH free radicals,hydroxyl free radicals and superoxide anion free radicals was 25.71%,67.30%,29.95%,respectively,while the scavenging rate of GPMP on the three free radicals was 23.27%,84.93%,15.24%,respectively.Thus,both CM-GPMP and GPMP had certain antioxidant activities.The scavenging capacity of GPMP on superoxide anion free radicals increased after carboxymethylation,while its scavenging capacity on hydroxyl free radicals decreased,and its scavenging capacity on DPPH free radicals changed unobviously.
